Our USA Operations Office, based in Van Nuys, California, serves as the vital link between our grassroots work in Uganda and the broader global community. It is here that our stories are shared, partnerships are nurtured, and the support that sustains our mission is mobilized.
As a fully registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the United States, we are able to receive tax‑deductible donations, grants, and gifts from individuals and institutions. Tax ID: 47‑4251762
This office is more than a support center; it is the administrative and financial backbone of the organisation. All project grants, donations, sponsorship gifts, outreach trips, and Uganda Field Office budgets are processed, reviewed, and monitored from here. Beyond administration, the USA Office also plays a strategic role in building international partnerships, strengthening donor confidence, and ensuring that every resource entrusted to us translates into real impact for children, youth, and women in rural Uganda.
What we do as the USA Operations Office
Whether it’s a volunteer assisting with administration, a donor sponsoring a child, or a partner funding a water system, the work begins here and reaches lives across the world. Our USA Project Office ensures that every effort is coordinated, accountable, and impactful.
- Raise awareness about the needs of Uganda’s rural children, youth, and families
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns and manage donor relations with care and transparency
- Process all donations and ensure strict financial accountability
- Ensure donor funds accountability by putting every gift to actual use, preparing budgets, and producing clear financial reports
- Develop and submit grant proposals to secure long‑term funding for community programs
- Handle financial reporting and budgeting for field operations in Uganda
- Provide international project updates and field reports to keep partners informed
- Organize volunteer opportunities, outreach events, and partner visits to Uganda
- Build lasting relationships with governments, NGOs, charities, communities, schools, churches, and foundations
