Childcare Support & Education Organisation is guided by a committed team of leaders, board members, field staff, volunteers, and community partners in Uganda and the United States.
Together, we work to support vulnerable children, strengthen rural schools, improve safe water and sanitation, and create practical livelihood opportunities for youth and women.
USA Project Support Team
Our USA Project Support Team strengthens international partnerships, fundraising, donor engagement, grant applications, financial accountability, volunteer coordination, and communication with supporters around the world.
Uganda Field Team
Our Uganda Field Team works directly with children, caregivers, schools, community leaders, local government officers, youth, and women in Kazo District.
The team supports community assessments, beneficiary follow-up, school visits, project implementation, construction monitoring, training activities, documentation, and reporting.
