Join the Volunteer Adventure
At Childcare Support & Education Organisation, we welcome volunteers who are passionate about supporting children, youth, and women in rural Uganda. Whether you’re coming from within Uganda or abroad, your time, energy, and skills can help us do more in the communities we serve.
Our volunteer opportunities are based in Kanoni, Kazo District a peaceful rural area in Western Uganda, where most of our school and community projects take place. Volunteers work alongside our local team in real field activities, not tourist experiences.
Areas you can support
- Assisting in classrooms at Destiny Primary or Destiny Secondary School
- Supporting youth vocational training or women’s enterprise workshops
- Helping with community water and sanitation outreach
- Participating in child sponsorship follow-up and family visits
- Contributing to media, documentation, storytelling, or admin work
- Offering professional skills in health, education, or social work
Who Can Join
We welcome individuals, students, professionals, families, or groups who are respectful, flexible, and willing to learn from the communities they serve.
You don’t need a degree or perfect skills just a willing heart, an open mind, and the ability to adapt to rural life.
What We Provide
- Safe accommodation with a host family or nearby guesthouse
- Local orientation and daily project guidance
- Cultural experience and direct involvement in real grassroots work
- A chance to grow personally while giving back meaningfully
- Our volunteers become part of the community. You won’t be a visitor you’ll be part of the team.
